1. Order Policy

• Orders of 20 bees or fewer are for Local Pickup Only.

• Orders of 21+ bees may be shipped under our Shipping Policy.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they meet local laws and regulations for keeping bees.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact and shipping information.

• Be available to pick up shipments immediately upon arrival.

• Failure to pick up promptly voids any live arrival guarantee.

3. Live Arrival Guarantee Limitations

• Guarantee applies only under conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy.

• Losses due to delays by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or failure to pick up promptly are not covered.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Live bees are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Privacy Policy

• We collect customer information (name, address, phone, email, and order history) for order processing and recordkeeping.

• Your information is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

• Information may be shared only with shipping carriers to fulfill your order.

6. Risk of Loss

• Risk transfers to the customer once the bees are handed over to the carrier, except as covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays or errors.

  • Losses due to weather conditions.

  • Customer failure to follow pickup or care instructions.

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of bees, excluding shipping.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
